Aw, I love that you called it your "safe show"

I think I've stolen the expression from a late online friend of mine, who was also a huge fan.

Yep, that's a perfect definition for F.R.I.E.N.D.S.! ♥

Yep! I love having the seasons on, even if I'm not watching them. I usually run through a season while I'm doing homework, or sitting online, lol.

I sort of do that with Criminal Minds because of Thomas Gibson's voice, LOL, so I totally get what you mean.

I bought the complete series from Amazon a couple of years ago and I'm slowly going through it all, all over again.

I'm especially partial to the show because not only do I love it for the friendships, obviously, but also because they managed to first make it happen and then NOT KILL my OTP, so it's made of complete win on all fronts, as far as I'm concerned. =)

Oh, it's okay, don't worry! =) My OTP is Chandler/Monica. Though I'm a Total Slasher, it never really occurred to me to slash the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. boys.

C/M is my OTP because I'm hopelessly in love with Chandler, but I adore R/R, too! I kinda wanted J/P to hook up as well, but that was never as fundamental as C/M (whom I started shipping from S1!) and R/R, who were also totally meant to be. ♥

I'm going to Atlanta to see Paul McCartney.

Yeah, Paul Rudd is adorable, which is, I guess, why I wasn't exactly crushed by the fact that Phoebe and Joey never hooked up the way I would have been if Chandler & Monica never had or if Ross and Rachel hadn't got back together in the end. =)
